Yes. The first 10 customers pay $2,500 for the core package instead of $5,000, and $225 per add-on module instead of $450. Once those ten seats are sold, pricing goes to the regular rate.
No. The license is perpetual — buy it once and it keeps working. Maintenance and updates are $500/year after your first year, but they're optional. If you skip a renewal, your software doesn't stop; you just stay on the version you have until you renew.
Post-processor setup for one machine comes with your license. We build the machine profile for your specific control — G-code format, motion commands, coordinate system, laser control, and cutting conditions — and validate that the output runs.
Additional machine setup is $750 each. The software itself holds unlimited machine profiles at no extra cost, so if you'd rather configure a second machine yourself, you can — the $750 is for us to build and validate it for you.
Nothing breaks. You keep running the version you have, indefinitely. Renewing at $500/year gets you updates, new releases, and continued support access — and you can pick it back up later if you skip a year.
Yes. Add-ons unlock with an updated license key in the software you already have installed — no reinstall and no data migration.
